Both alcohol and most NSAIDs are irritants to the stomach that can cause bleeding. Sounds like you are pushing the limits of what your body will tolerate. If it was a lot of blood, go to your doctor; if you're lucky and it was only a small amount, it's time to lay off the sauce and take this incident as a warning of things to come.

well if you hit it hard core and threw up several times there may be some blood but you were also drunk right so how can you trust it it may have just been all clear liquid and then you had a kamikazi so that was in there. if you feel okay now and nothing causes you pain i wouldnt worry to much about it. but if your over the hangover and sick stomach and you feel pain then you may want to go see a doctor

if there was a problem with your liver your skin and eyes would be yellow usially the first sign that you have a liver problem is lightning of the stools to a clay color. its doubtful that you have damaged your liver already but years of alcohol usage will. the blood was probably just a touch of alcohol poisioning especially since the lining of your stomach is probably thinner from the pain killers i wouldnt worry to much but if you cant stop then a trip to your doc would probably ease your mind.

Causes are varied:
1)If you swallow blood — during a nosebleed, for example — subsequent vomiting may include some of this blood.
2) Vomiting may cause a tear in the small blood vessels of the throat or lower esophagus. This may cause blood to appear in your vomit.
3) Peptic ulcers are open sores that develop on the lining of the stomach, upper small intestine or esophagus. In addition to feeling a burning pain anywhere from your navel to your breastbone, you may vomit blood that appears red or dark.
4) Internal inflammation. Inflamed tissue in the esophagus, stomach (gastritis) or upper part of the small intestine may cause blood to appear in your vomit. SOUNDS LIKE THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU
5) Cancer. Various types of cancer may cause you to vomit blood, including cancers of the stomach and esophagus.
Vomiting red blood indicates that the bleeding began shortly before you vomited. If the blood is black or appears dark brown and has the texture of old coffee grounds, the blood has been in your stomach for a longer time.
Consult your doctor immediately if you notice blood in your vomit or begin vomiting blood. These symptoms may indicate a serious problem.

if there was a whole lot of blood in there(enough to turn it red) then yeah, i'd say see the doc cause it could be something bad. otherwise, i'd stop worrying & not drink so much next time.

I learned from morning sickness that when there is some blood in your vomit, it could have resulted from a tear in your esophagus, which happens when you wretch.
