Yeah, if there were people present in the woods at the time of the fall.

I think the correct question is, "If a tree falls in the woods, and nobody hears it, does it still make a sound?"

Yes, if they are in the woods near the tree, or if they tape recorded the tree falling and later listened to it.

No. Whether or not it makes a sound is an old question but since your question is would anyone hear it fall then that would depend on if anyone was there to hear it fall.
