the body can only use so much protien a day, and over doing some vitamins can have the results of the runs. but if you space out your intake, it should even out. some vitamins and mineral suppliments should only be taken once a day because the results will be more sever than running to the toilet

not at all the vitamins your body doesn't use just get flushed out when you piss anyway. I take a daily multi with egcg (green tea extract) and whey protein isolate 30 min prior to working out and a 12 hour protein after I work out or when I go to sleep. It is fine as long as you don't take too much because you can only get so much protein a day and it could be bad for you to get too much to be careful how much you take other then that you're all good

Vitamins are most effective when they come from a natural source such as fruits and vegetables. Synthetic vitamins should be used to supplement what you don't get from food.

I would say probably not as long as you don't do it for too long. don't make it into a lifestyle.
