okay i like this boy ALOt at school & he kinda likes me too.. we talk everynight on the phone & i give him rides home &to school sumtimes. Thers a problem tho.. he wont talk to me at school.. and he said it was because some of his friends dont like me & he cant be seen with me er sum ppl will kick his a$$... this makes me really upset.. am i that bad? ... or what? .. i tried telling him that he souldnt care what ppl thinks... but he doesnt take that into consideration... wuts up with that!? what do ido..i like this guy SO much.. : (

It's difficult to understand why you like somebody, huh?
What you need to ask is why you are attracted to somebody who is embarrassed to be with you. Right now, he isn't giving you the priority you deserve if he is more afraid of what some pseudo-friends think. If they were true friends, it wouldn't be much of an issue.
Ask him how much he values you. Then you must decide what you are willing to accept. If you like him enough to live with being hidden, then that's your decision, though I wouldn't recommend it. If you decide that you are worth the recognition, make sure you get it; it just might not be from him.
It's a difficult situation. I liked the idea of forcing the issue in public by kidding him. haha. Good luck.

If he cares what other people think more than you then he's sooo not worth it. But since you really like him duhh you're not going to juss give up. You could ask him what people don't like about you & try to change it .. or keep hanging out in secret like you are now. Seriously tho .. he sounds lame & too scared of getting beat up to care about the girl he likes.

I say get rid of that dude. It is obvious that he doesn't care about you as much as you do about him, otherwise it wouldn't bother him what his friends think. There is someone better out there who will give you the appreciation you deserve, unlike that jerk.

If he is worried about someone kicking his a** just because he associates with you then I would leave him alone. Why would you want to be with someone who is ashamed for people to know you are together?

i no it must be extremmely hard but if he doesnt get over himself and forget what others say about him hes not good enough for you..some one that says he likes you alot should defend you.. and if he cares about his friends more than you , you should either stay friends or try to get him to realize that your worth it
