boyfriend or not.Sometimes i envy my sister because she had a boyfriend that's always there when she need it. Some guys in the chat room ask me if they could court me.Some of them are very good looking and i like them too.But when i realize what my ex boyfriend did to me i rejected their offer of courting me.What should i do?Please help me!!!

hi.......
i've got the same experience as u do.... my ex got me pregnant & i haf it aborted. promises were given as in we'll not break up but we'll go thru all good & bad times together. but still... we broke off... i was depressed for a period of time.... couldn't open up my heart for anyone else. i work from mornin till late nite, juz to keep myself occupied.
one day.... i met a guy on a love match website which we met up and had a great talking session.And we even got together. I wouldn't disagree with makin frens in this kind of chatroom...but u muz learn to protect urself ... know them well b4 u make any decision whether if u haf likin in them or not.....
I tend to get very insecured still ..after the previous relationship. but if u dun try to get over it... u'll never succeed in anything that u do..... look forward to the future.... but b a smart girl now...

Normally a unsuccessful relationship in the past will hurt anybody. How you really take it depends on your will power. Don't ever think of getting a bf just bcoz you feel lonely coz the relationship will never work out well. What I feel is that you must think carefully before you decide if you really want to start a relationship coz in any relationship people will get hurt. It is how you can cope with it. Learn to let go of the past relationship and made friends with the guys to establish a friendship with them until you are quite confident your Mr Right have appear then you should start a new relationship. Always take thing step by step and don't rush into a relationship.

Well.. be very careful. If you are really wanting a boyfriend, and just scared he will treat you the way your x did, then you are setting yourself up for failure. You have to give yourself time to get over the hurt/pain of whatever he did to u 1st. Then, don't be in such a hurry to get a boyfriend, because you will be desperate to over look the red flags.That's why they say it's never a good idea to go out to early after a breakup and or why they say you will find one when you are not looking. It is true. I know being alone does suck at times, however personally I would rather be alone then lonely in a relationship,. Take your time. And don't get involved with anyone until you know you are ready. It's not fair to him or yourself.

let the past go and learn from it. " once bitten twice shy " but wise too . . .lol.
you'll always be haunted by the past, sorry it turned out this way. not all men are like that but we've to becareful and on the look out.
try to give them a chance but be more conservative, just to be on the safe side and rid your fears? dont be too frank about your past, not all can take it?
learn and forget and move on...never let your past pull you down? time is running out for us?
