You would look funny without it. It kept our ancestors warm way back in prehistoric times, and the hair you have now is a vestige from then.

We have hair on the top of our heads to keep the heat inside of us, because of the fact heat rises

It protects us from all manner of things. Your hair and eyebrows and lashes catch dust and debris before it can harm your eyes. Your body hair serves as a warning layer if something is touching you (such as a spider).....so on. This is only my theory.

perhaps the vestigal hair on your arms and legs doesn't but the hair on your head does whether you realize it or not...ask any girl who puts her hair up in the summer because having it on her skin makes it too hot to wear down!

maybe you have thin hair but it was ment to keep your head warm cause if we did not have hair our brains would freez
