If you are having issues with your dog start them out in a reward based training program or find a Certified Pet Dog Trainer in your area:

His solutions are half-a**ed at best. He uses a technique called flooding. If not used properly and without understanding body language attempting his "shhuuushhhes" could easily get you bitten. In addition to that, if you dont redirect and supplement for a behavior you want from your dog, flooding doesnt do any long term good.
