you should set your self a target a weight you want that you would be happy with, eat lots of protein(kean red meat, fish, nuts) carbs(rice, pasta) eat just over ur recommened allowance of calories, but avoid saturated fats(very bad). do regular exercise, and track your weight gain(whats working, whats not). most importantly instead of eating big meals, eat 6 times a day, breakfast, brunch / elevenses, lunch, snack, evening meal, and snack before bed.

I suggest that you don't 'try to put on weight, because you will find that if you eat more than a normal for you ration you will go beoyng your weight by 10kg or so. You will not like it then. If you can do walks about 40mins a day or so, your appetite will be all right, and your musculs will be in a good order. Don't start with more that a few mins a day, you will overwork your muscules and they might change the shape. Slowly but steadily, it will work fine.

Eat lots and lots of protein and exercize. Just be healthy and you'll gradually go back to a healthy weight.

a gypo i new told me to eat one more loaf a week{brown] than u usually would, and it worked. i put on some more weight witch i turned into muscle.

Work out, and get plenty of protein and veggies. Otherwise what you put back on will be fat.
