3 on the sides, use a 5 if its too long and doesnt look well blended then go over the middle where the 3 and 5 meet with a 4

Fade into a razor cut...Leave the hair about 2 inches long on top. This gives a more piecy look and hides too much hair bulk in longer hair on men.

finger length on top 4 and 5 are bigger guards and they are further away from the scalp which is not as even and not blended as well

if your doing it yourself go for either a 4 or a 5 you dont want a clear visable line that shows you did it yourself good luck hope the style looks good xx
