Trust me.... low CARB is THE fastest way to loose.... hands down.
Stick with lean protein like chicken tuna, low fat ham, and roast beef from the deli... any cheese, as long as it is less than 1 gram of carbs per serving... turkey, just about any meat and cheese,

and lots of veggies... no fruits
salad, with regular dressing, (fat free and lite have sugar in them) you want to avoid sugar

check the label, if its low in carbs go for it

no corn or peas or carrots.... eat lots of broccoli, and cauliflower.... you can use butter, but not margarine.

this will work..... add 30 min of some kind of exercise per day, and you will loose 20 pounds in a month

if you are hungry, eat... that is the key eat eat eat... eat 5 or 6 small meals per day that really revs up your metabolism.. and keeps away cravings
do not skip meals... you will get to hungry that way... then most people cave in and eat sweets

You didnt say how much you need to lose in one month. Losing too fast is unhealthy. You want to think of longterm with family and friends. Do you want to be there with them in the future. Overweight or not..you have others to think of so do it the healthy way!

Ive heard drinking 3-12oz. of texun grapefruit juice will work no matter what you eat. Im trying to find out myself if this is true.

work out 2 times a day and eat like salads, there are some pills like hydroxy cut that help too. good luck!

Burn off 2500 calories a day.
Drink only water.
Eat less than 500 calories a day, or nothing at all.

Eat raw vegetables and fruit, leave off starches and sweets. Your really trying to lose it to fast and that will get you disgusted and will more than likely you'll stop dieting

work out for 45min a day three time a week, Cardio!
and try Fahrenheit(diet pills I love them)

eat only veggies, and increase your level of exercise by 100% And please drink at least 2 quarts of liquids a day so you don't screw up your kidneys.
