Get the hybrid version. You'll save a lot on gas, be nice to the environment, get a tax credit (couple thousand I think), and have an extended warranty (hybrid parts have a much longer warranty).

I don't mind the highlander but I would rather have a camry first. Then perhaps a corolla and then a highlander. Any toyota is worth the price

It's got an intelligent, yet cool look. It's been called a "Camry on stilts" and remember, Camry is the number one selling sedan in US. Highlander's a bit expensive (starts around 24K) but if you can afford it, you'll be glad you got it.

its not..there ****. go look at honda..(pilots,crv...element...) or acura (mdx./rdx) you'll be much more suprized at how much nicer they are inside and out.
