I find that pretty hard to believe, did you maybe screw up some other way, and now you're trying to throw the race card to cover your *** and get money? Do you feel you do a pretty good job normally, have you ever said anything racially-oriented to her?
Lots to think about...I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall to hear THAT conversation LOLOL

If she discriminates against you in any way (denies you a promotion, fires you, pays you less, or treats you differently than any other employee) you should contact a lawyer because you have legal rights. If she's just plain mean to you but doesn't discriminate against you, you might want to start looking for a new job.

Go above her head and report her and try to get transferred to another area. As long as she's there and has those beliefs, you'll never move up in the company. It's illegal, but hard to prove.

Don't start any fights with her. Keep to yourself and your work.
If there is any indication that she might act on her hatred it would be best to leave the job and look for a more tolerant workplace..
I know that it's easier said than done..

good luck

If she told you that I would go above her head and turn her in for racist remarks and ask for a transfer to another department if that is possible.

Are you serious? If so, report her, just be sure it's not just her word against yours. I'd personally look into buying a tape recorder and bring THAT conversation up again.

Sue her. Or get somebody to investigate so she'll get fired or something. It is against the law I believe to be prejudice against employees
