I'm sorry I think you have to move on, if she liked you "like that" she wouldn't act that way.
She is avoiding the issue to try to "soften" the blow... but she doesn't realize it is actually meaner because it keeps you hanging on with a little hope. But there really isn't a chance for a relationship with this girl.
It is for the best though. Even if she did go out with you, she wouldn't respect you. You would try to do more and more things trying to "make" her like you. But she would just not have any consideration for it.
After a while your self esteem would really begin to suffer, and you would start to think that maybe there was something wrong with you, if only you could change it... then she would like you. So you would try changing yourself to "make" her like you. But that wouldn't work either.
So then you are doing way more than your "fair share" in the relationship. And you have jumped through all these "hoops" trying to change to "please" her.
But she has lost all respect she might have once had for you, because she would think "if he is such a great catch, why does he let me treat him so bad?"
Eventually she would break it off with you, and you would be devistated, because you have tied up all your self worth on "her approval" it has been like a "mission". You feel like you have "failed" somehow, and you feel that means you are "defective somehow"...
It is much better to avoid this whole rollercoaster right now.
There is nothing wrong with you. You are a great person. You have worth completely independant of what other people think, either good or bad, you are still a worthy person.
Don't let your feeling of self esteem EVER get tied up in what another person thinks of you. Because they can take it away from you, then it's like they "own" you because they have the power to make you hate yourself. That is too much power for anyone to have.
Get it?

Instead of asking her out on an official date why don't you find out what she is interested in and try to socialize with her on that level as friends. Sometimes having a friend connection with someone ends up becoming more.

Tell her your serious, Do you tend to make her laugh all the time? She may think you are a joker and are never serious even if you tell her you are. You must look her in the eyes and tell her the truth if she still thinks your joking blow her off and go get someone else , there's plenty of women out there ;)

by now, she knows that you dig her and want to date her. if she's laughing you off, she's turning you down, and you need to move on. common way for a girl who thinks she doesn't want to hurt your feelings to respond--she will change the subject, or just giggle thru it. betting you're so caught up in chasing the one you've become a bit obsessed with that you aren't noticing the girl who's actually into you.

Sounds like she isn't interested. I would try one more time and tell her if she laughs it off or doesn't want to go out then just tell you and you won't ask again.

I'm sorry to say but I would have to say that she is just not interested in you. It's her loss not yours. There are plenty of others out there that might be better for you.

Find a new girl. She is just being polite and telling you that you are annoying her. she doesn't know how to tell you she just isn't interested.
