I mean, because I think that it's not real. It's a physical attraction, based on that and nothing else. Love is more than just that. Well, that's just my opinion, just let me know yours.

I don't know - I believe. I think when it happens it's amazing, and you feel like there is a special connection that goes past this existence. It's like meeting an old beloved freind again, though you've only just met.

Even if it was just physical attraction - the fact that it can be equally intense for 2 total strangers is pretty amazing, given the odds, don't you think? Love is a super strong feeling that we are at the mercy of, really - right?

Peace!

Although it really occurs seldom but I do believe in it.
Love cannot be defined.
In fact every person has a picture of his or her love in subconcious mind. This may generate from fairy tales or other fantasies in childhood. All of a sudden if that picture turns to reality in front of eyes, then at that very moment love recognises the love.
Many says you judge before you love and set a logic for loving. But, that seems to be more organised choice (not love) which had passed the common tests of compatibility. It is more conditional and subject to boundaries.
On the other hand love at first sight is a result of deep and intense insight within a fraction of seconds. It has the freedom of feelings, unconditional flow of love without any hard core analysis.
You may say that such love seldom gets a meaningful end. But the fact is none can ever forget if it happens once in life.
So it is never a mere physical attraction (because lots of times the either side may not be good looking enough).
Eyes does not fall in love of all beautiful eyes it meet in whole life.

yes, there is such a thing as love at first sight. its not just physical attraction but an attraction of your whole inner being.

have you ever felt true love? you get these really big tingly butterflies that flutter around your heart and all that you can see hear and smell is that person, even if it is from a distance.

everybody has a soul mate, most of us never find that one true person that fits us -- but that feeling -- if you ever experience it, grab it and hold on for the ride of a lifetime, it will be worth it.

I do believe in love @ first sight because I have experienced it.. the day I first saw my husband. He made me so weak in my knees that I could barely stand up.

Hugs from a Loving Mom to a Brilliant, as well as beautiful 8 year old Jared and Our Angel, Zachary (taken to soon but who will always remain in our heart) ~ Mel

I definately believe in love at first site, but only to a degree. Sometimes you meet someone who you're just naturally attracted to because of how they look. Once you get to know them, you either like them more or less based on their personality. Either way, there's still that initial attraction where you already really like somebody just by seeing them, a.k.a. "love at first site."

Love is more than just attraction. The vibes can be strong enough to propell a person to fall in love soon after the connection is formed.

Believe me it's real!! Back in 1966, I was coming back from Vietnam (where I lost part of my right leg). I saw this beautifull girl. We started talking, we were married two month later.
We are going on 40 years!! God gave us 6 kids, and a bunch of grandkids!! She is 65, I'm 61!!As God is my witness it's all true.

You can be instantly attracted to someone at first sight, but love no.

It takes two of you to nuture & cultivate a true lasting love.

I believe in seeing someone and wanting to get to know them better. I believe in seeing someone and wanting to go to bed with them. I believe that love takes a little more time.

No, how can you love by just looking at them, you don't even know that person or know what he is all about. Good for you girl, get to know a person first.
