Yes, you can.

But if you live close to a costco or Pier one they have small pasta machines for $20. Too much work otherwise.

If you do not have a rolling pin you can still make pasta!

My Secret Pasta Recipe( DO NOT TELL ANYONE!)

2 large eggs well beaten
dash of water
1tsp. salt
1 tsp pepper
garlic powder if desired.

mix in as much flour as the liquid will take- about 2 cups.

knead in more flour until you have a firm dough.

cut dough into small peices

1/2 tsp size for a small pasta-pinch each peice between you thumb and forefinger and roll slightly to make a little shell shape.

or 1 tbs size for ravioli style pasta- flatten each peice with a large water glass to make a 2.5 inch circle. brush with egg white-fill with 1 tsp of meat, cheese or veggie stuffing-fold over and seal the edges.

let the pasta dry on a towel for a few hours then cook in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Drain and serve with sauce.

I have never used a pasta machine. I Make a big circle with the
flour on a large board and place the eggs , alittle water and a tsp
of oil into the circle, mix , knead and use the rolling pin. Everyone
in my family likes the pasta cut by hand rather than machine , we
like the large thicker fettucine , egg noodles larger that the cut ones on a machine but not as wide or thin as lasagna noodles.
They are delicious. Alot of work but worth it. We had a machine ,
but no one in the family liked the noodles cut by it.

Sure.

Make the dough on a stone and then roll it with a regular rolling pin. You can make sheets this way and cut that shapes you want.

Of course. You have to flatten the dough with a rolling pin and then cut it.
