Anybody know any hair treatments without having to spend too much money?? My hair became pretty damaged after i dyed it over the summer. I hope there is a way to make it look healthy and sleeky again. :)

try using tresema conditioner you can usually find it at target on sale 2 for $5 and it is a huge bottle!!

You can go to a salon and buy what's called a protein pak conditioner-around $1 or so. Follow directions. It's pretty easy. Another thing you can do is buy conditioner for colored treated hair, any brand you prefer-and some of those cheap plastic caps-you can get them at walmart-in the hair care dept and you get a lot of them for very little money. At night, wet your hair, apply the conditioner and cover your hair with the cap. Do it every night for a week and you won't believe how healthy your hair will look and feel. My hair is colored-very often and these are what I do to keep it healthy.

I agree with the Pantene or the Head and Shoulders. And meanwhile, trim the damaged hair off as new, healthy hair grows out.

hot oil treatments usually about 3 to 5 bucks and only one tube every 2 weeks might bring it back. Use lots of conditioners too

Never dyed my hair before.. but eat healthy food, get it trimmed every 3 months (split ends) and take a daily vitaman to get it to a healthy stage.
