Roxy probably won't run away either. Often when a new critter is introduced, there is some territorial dispute. And some dispute about the hierarchy. It's usually best to just let the kids work it out, unless a real problem arrises.
You might want to get the girls fixed before you find yourself with a house full of kittens.
Good luck!

I believe the cats will fight and never get used to each other. I have had about 10 different cats over the last 15 years and if they do not grow up together it wil be hard for them to live together.

they will get along together in the end, even if it's just social. i had that problem with my 11 y/o male cat when i got a new kitten. now they are best friends and they groom each other and play gently all the time. the male's nature is standoffish sometimes and not nearly as social as the kitten so it surpised me since they are complete opposities.
as for the pregnancy...you'll notice her getting heavier and increased appetite...if you are not wanting kittens, i suggest getting them fixed. i know it's expensive (just got the kitten fixed) but in the long run it's for the better.

They just need to get used to each other.
If Mo Mo's belly starts to get big she is probably pregnant as outdoor cats don't normally become obese.

They are just fighting over their territory. Just dont leave them in the same room and they will resolve on their own, As far as telling if your cat is pregnant, you can GENTLY feel of her belly on both sides and feel if there is anything in there..Also, they will start to have an increased appetite and drinking alot more water to support the pregnancy.

Give them some time to relax arround eachother, ive had my seccond cat abby for two years now, at first they didnt like eachother at all and couldnt even be in the same room. now its taken sometime but they even sleep together sometimes.
for pregnancy, wait two weeks after you think that she might have been impregnated and check her nipples. her stomach will get harder and she will be eating and sleeping more. she may also have some nausea issues.

Your cats will probably be pissed at each other for awhile ( my cats were ). After awhile they will get more used to each other.
