It is distilled at whatever the saturation temperature is for the concentration of ethanol in the wash from which it's being distilled.
The boiling point of ethanol is roughly 78C (I'm rounding for simplicity) The boiling point of water is 100C. When distilling ethanol from a mixture of ethanol and water, it's a fairly linear relationship to the proportion of the mixture.

Distillation is the separation of liquids which have different boiling temperatures. Because of the mixture, you can't expect the distillation temperature to be the same as the boiling temperature of the pure form of any one of the liquids.

If you are thinking about doing it, don`t, it is dangerous, it is far safer and more reliable to go to a wine store and buy some.
