Yeah I have a friend like that and unfortunately I got to the point I didn't enjoy being around her. And even now she calls and wants to do something together I avoid her because I know it will be the same old thing over and over about her love for so and sol

good on you for being happy for your friend having a boyfriend.it's great she Tell's you about him.don't stop her from talking to you about him.do you know what i don't even have a friend to talk to me I'm in hell your lucky you got here doing your ear's for you wish i could have her as my friend.all you have to do is say honey let's give Justin a break i got some things i need you tell me if I'm going the right way with it.and tell her this with a serious face and she will be all ear's for you if she is your real friend.good luck don't loose your girlfriend's because boyfriend's are only there so long as they are comfortable.once they are bored they get up and move on so don't fall out with your mate.good luck love and thank you for being strong to listen to her all the time.nice one girl.

Be honest with her. Tell her "I really like spending time with you, but all you talk about lately is your boyfriend, which is really boring. I would appreciate it if you would talk about something else once in a while." If she doesn't figure it out, you may want to spend a little less time with her. Chances are, once she breaks up with him, life will go back to pretty normal.

I know its hard but she is probably just proud of her new boyfriend...be a friend and support her I know that you probably would want her to do the same for her....if it gets really unbearable just politely say to her let's not think of boys lets think only of ourselves today...let's make a girl day and forget about boys...maybe leave cellphones at home and go work out, shopping, or go to a movie together....does that help you??????

just mention to her that you two don't do the old stuff together like before, you two used to have more fun by doing and talking about many things like before. let her feel you miss the old her and want her to be back even if she has a gorgeous boyfriend.

You have to simply tell her in a nice way, about how you feel. She is so excitied, and wants to share her happiness with you, which is cool, but you can also share the joy with her, but just break how you feel to gently.

It's normal for your friend to want to share her feelings about her boyfriend with you. Be a real friend and listen to her. What if you were the one who had a boyfriend and she posted this question?

Just give her some room to do her thing, it will wear off eventually.

You should be happy for her, and be willing to listen. After all, what if you had the boyfriend and you were so happy about that, and she didn't?
