haha ive been there a million times darling!!
firstly its a good idea to first understand the guy....has he kissed anyone before? is he shy, confident?? how wel do you know him??
i think its best to get to know him...if you already do then perhapes hint to him. if you flirt then i suppose he will get the message ;]
some people would say tell him you like him beofre you kiss him....but i say isnt kissing him a way of telling him you like him?? haha
it all depends on the guy and the relationship you have with him??

just make sure you are both comfortable and the situation is right for both of you.

go out on a date with a group and at the end of the night leave before he does and while going out kiss him on the cheek and tell him goodnight.
