I have no identity. I am you. I am the result of abuse as a child, I am the result of my cheating lover, I am the result of my thieving sister, I am the result of my loving father. My personality changes. I am transient, I have no identity, how can "I" go to heaven when "I" do not exist?

What I am saying is, I am not me, I am just a collection of experiences that manifest through my personality. Why would heaven want any of us? So we can ***** about our problems for eternity? It is my belief that there is no heaven because none of us deserve to exist in happiness forever.

Deserve is an opinion statement. On some form of level the experiences you go through shape the choices you make, although that's all you have to work with, on some extent of the law you're someone because You can go to jail if You commit a crime. One cannot blame their background for that, it could very well be the cause, but it's no excuse. People have choice. According to your experiences your choices are shaped, but in the end, you have the choice to do whatever well you please, and it's that choices that shapes the "you", Egotistically speaking. Universally speaking though, you're absolutely correct.

All people are the result of a life of experiences, so to use your argument, no one exists. Your going to heaven does not depend on who your are or what you are or what your experiences have been. It depends on whether or not you believe that it is true that that guy Jesus Christ is the child of God and that He was sent for one reason, namely that He came to pay the price of your sins since there is no way in hell you can. Killing chickens, doves and goats won't work anymore. It required the death and blood of Jesus to atone for sins and to pay the price.

Cuz a collection of experiences is just a part of life, it makes you who you are, those collections can be the ones that others around you give you, but they are also a collection of the choices you make. You think, therefore you are. Everything you do, is bcuz of who you are. And who you are is defined through your past experiences...but its also defined by YOU....there is a part of us, that would be the same regardless of how we grew up. I dont know how to explain it but its just like something deep within us. Its us. And the rest changes or develops accordin to what happens to us, as we go through the course of our lives. But yeah, this is just my opinion, anyway. Hope it helps. :)

its true, no one deserves to go to heaven but God who loves us so much, gave his son Jesus to take ALL of our sins away (John 3:16) if We accept Him, we are worthy to go into heaven. He forgets all of our problems. heaven does exist. God gives us mercy and grace and He wants us to trust Him and feel worthy because we are His creation. Hope this helps :)
