YES!!!! We are in the middle of WWIII since 9/11/01.
The war is against Islamo-Fascist PIGS who have absolutely NO RESPECT for human life.

That's quite a question. I believe there will be another world war, but who would survive, if at all?
Man has at times been hell bent on killing each other for more wars and years than we can remember, even for the smallest reasons. So for whatever and with who wouldn't make that much of a difference. Sort of makes me wonder why we bother having kids when we send them to war not knowing if they will come back alive. War I think has become an everyday occurance, almost not mattering anymore.
Also makes me wonder if some countries actually like playing 'war games? Although neuclear sites have been closed down, who's to know if there is not another hidden away? We'll never really know till it hits home and man finally puts and end to it all.
We need peace, not war if we are to continue to survive.

We've already got one. If you count the Cold War as being a world war (which it was) then we are currently in World War Four.
The current war is being waged for the benefit of the USA and Israel and. like most wars, is Geo Political with the control of resources as an objective. In this particular war there is also a fight to protect the US dollar from collapse through its loss as a global Reserve currency and delay the onset of a global depression. Another objective, through legislative change, is to gain control of the people so as to attempt to maintain law and order in the event of an economic collapse which is long overdue and now imminent.

I agree that there is a war going on right now and it is a world war. THere are also smaller skirmishes going on that NATO, the UK and USA are involved in that don't make the headlines. What for? Typically because of either religion, oil or other precious minerals.
The crux of it all is that it is pointless. War doesn't solve problems, it creates them and I have experienced the aftermath first hand and want nothing more to do with it. Its the civilians that suffer at the hands of their supposedly "democratic" governments.

If countries such as North Korea and Iran continue on their present paths then it is likely that nuclear war could start for any of several reasons.
There are simply too many fanatics in those parts of the world and they don't put as high a value on human life as most of the other countries of the world.

The world has always been at war, for mankind possesses a secred dislike of peace.
Once again we live in a period when it seems that certain elements work to keep their fellow citizens in a state of ongoing fear and relentless stress.
War is about power, and it seems certain religions believe they possess that power.
Such is their reason for waging war against others. These fanatics want to take control and exercise that power, whatever the cost to the rest of us.

hi I think there will be another world war positively. we can surely think so far because of the current affairs we are having such as the global tention level, the US is fighting constantly against terrorism.the past attacks on Lebanon & the 9/11 attack could be the starting point for this. concerning thease facts the next world war will be a Jihard between the muslim comunity Al Quada will triger this by another attack in US , this time it will be nuclear.New York will be the prime target for this.the globel economy will go down & the 3rd world countries will suffer dreadfuly. although the war will only continue for few hours globel chatostrope will be unforgiving. the date fixed for this 2006,

As an ex-serviceman, I honestly think that the chance of another `world war` in your words is not only possible, but, it is already with us!
And given the chance (and if I were younger) I would take up my weapon to protect my friends and family against the scum who wish to push their faith onto my kind and kin. I would be proud to send them to their maker............
