It's alright to like a girl that is older than you but it is up to her if she wants to be in a relationship with someone younger than her.
If the two of you are both in school, she may not be interested because older girls usually see younger boys as immature.

It's perfectly OK. But most girls have a problem with dating younger guys. So take it slow. I'm not saying don't try. just keep that in mind.

Why not? If you like her and she likes you why shouldn't you have fun? I knew couples like that and they didn't let age bother them. A few even stayed together and married each other. And they're still married yrs. later.
