God loves everything be it symmetry or anti symmetry.
the left half oyf your body is similar to left half -symmetry
Electron has an anti particle with +ve charge and is called positron. They annihilate each other to give energy - anti symmetry

maybe you are asking this question by way of observation. our solar system, the earth, and many compositions in nature...God is perfection therefore symmetry must have been the natural consequence in the creation of matter.
