I am female, 5 ft. tall, I prefer men who are over 5'5' at least I really find short men usally have a "small dog" attitude. I know I have to watch myself.

This is not scientific, just a casual observation. In general, I've noticed that tall people prefer short people, short people prefer tall people, and medium height people usually stick to people in their general height range. Why? Because people who are on either end of the spectrum spend their whole lives getting picked on and dealing with the particular handycaps that come with their statures (not being able to reach shelves or hitting their heads all the time, etc.). So, you look for a partner who will give your children genes that will help equalize the problems you experience.
I'm female, 5'3" and I've always been attracted to tall people. I've never dated anyone under 6'1". My ex was 6'3" and he was almost too tall for me -- too much of a strain to try to reach him or look up at him all the time. I have a friend who had a brief crush on me who is almost 6'4" and he's way too tall for me. My current boyfriend is 6'2" and he's perfect for me. He's big enough to make me feel secure, strong enough to pick me up and push me around playfully if he wants to, but not so big or strong to make me feel inadequate or insecure about my safety. I'm not saying I couldn't fall in love with a short person if he wasn't a great guy, but he'd have to be really extraordinary to make me notice him.

Male and I prefer someone that is taller than about 5"5. Im 6.2 so I dont want to break my back bending over. But seriously it shouldnt be a huge issue.

I'm male and I'm almost 6 feet. I perfer women to be be shorter or equal in height to me. I don't want too short or too tall either though. Average women height of 5'4" ain't too bad. (:

I am 5'2" and i love guys who are over 6 feet tall. My fiance though is 5'10" and he is perfect for me. I am not sure the exact reason, but i know that taller guys are more handy in my opinion- they can always reach the top shelf for me!!! lol

i am male 6'1". height is the last criteria i judge in anyone. the woman could be from 3-10 feet tall. i don't care.

im a female and i prefer taller than me but im 5"9' so its kinda hard to find people my age taller than me but thats the kind i like or the same size thats good too
