Pistachio pie! It's no cook and really easy, it's my aunt May's recipe. Dump a can of crushed pineapple in a bowl, sprinkle pistachio pudding mix over it, stir and let sit for ten minutes or so. Stir in a container of Cool Whip. Put it in a graham crust from the store, and throw it in the fridge for a few hours. SOOO good.

Jackfruit ice cream. It is the best thing. Actually, mint oreo cookies n cream is! It must be mint... But really, I eat fruit for dessert. I enjoy nectarines after dinner.
