I am scheduled for surgery and have to test negative for nicotene and I know that what ever it is shows up in your fat content of a blood test. How long does it take for it to be out of your system?

All I know is the fact that it takes about seven years for the lungs to clear itself of nicotene, and the craving. As far as the blood count goes, I have no idea.
