about to apply a Hair moisturizing complex - do I do it on clean or dry dirty hair - then wash - or wash first

Always wash and condition your hair first and then skip drying it. Apply the moisturizer while your hair is damp so that it can take full effect. Read the directions to see if you are supposed to wash it out after applied.

Wash first then but it in iff that still doesnt work try this stuff called live its in a white jar with red letters you can find it at wal mart. and if that doesnt work after you wash your hair while its sill a lil bit wat take a lil bit of condititoner and apply to your hair
