I agree. I asked a question a few minutes ago about Mormonism, and the only response was from someone who wanted to talk about how wrong they are. Why do these people think they have the market cornered on correct answers or fact? I like the ability to pose questions that might get people to think, but I'm afraid most people are married to their own ideas and just want to tell us all how it is from their own perceived wealth of knowledge and wisdom. blech..

My guess is there are a lot of people who claim they are Christian due to this salvation concept. Lord Jesus has saved them as long as they attend a weekly service or some other requirement such as sacraments. So people with all kinds of habits still believe they are Christian. And many Christands are english speaking. There are some similarities found in other major religious beliefs of the world.
So there are so many Christians who have gotten on the internet and are attempting to convince others about their beliefs.
And of course, there are many athiests who have gotten on the internet and they are attempting to convince everyone about their beliefs.
But, over-all, not everyone on the internet is either Christian or athiest. There are some other philosophical, religious and spiritual followers here.

There are many ignorant believers who think they're religion is the best and they think their duty is to convert others to their religion. And when they post something like, "Jesus is God," thats gonna offend alot of people who don't believe in Christianity, including me. People have to realize that not everyone believes in one religion, and they have to respect each others differences or we will never have universal peace. And I'm not talking just about Christianity, many other religions and Atheists do the same thing as well.

Even though I'm a christian I agree some Christians need to lay off. There are a lot of Christian questions and answers simply because there are a lot of Christians on this section.

I choose to NOT follow any religion and I have nothing against any religion. I only have a problem with the bible thumpers on here who keep trying to push their religion on everyone else. They have a right to believe in what they want and they should let everyone do the same and stop trying to convert people.

Do you have a personal relationship with Jesus, friend?...you don't sound like it in your post.
Jesus said:
" I am The Way, The Truth, and The Life; no man can come to the Father except through me". -- Jesus Christ
" I am the resurrection and the life; he that believes in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live ; and whoever lives and believes in me shall never die". - Jesus (Jn. 11:25)
" Neither is there salvation in any other; for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved". (Acts 4:12)

Because they are insecure and must frequently reinforce their beliefs. It must be a real shock for them to find out how many non-believers they live among.

Religious people are at a disadvantage since they have no reality to base their claims on so they just resort to the mumbo-jumbo terror stuff about hell and such.
