Okay, I have a mini Q here - Introvert means inside basically, and extroverted means outsided..

In any case, I think im introverted, and I really don't talk a lot. Most of my relationships have ended after 4-5 months. How can I keep talkign without feeling akward and losing ideas?

You just haven't met the right person yet. If you're comfortable with someone, you don't even have to talk to communicate, and you certainly don't have to worry about feeling awkward. Don't worry. You'll find someone who will make you feel that comfortable :) Better to lose 4-5 months than years.....just to find that "right" one!

Yeah, introverted means quiet and reserved while extrovert is the opposite. And really, flow of conversation depends on both people so once you find someone who really can sync into your conversation style you'll be set. Until then, just remember that it's not a big deal. Just go with the flow.

some one that is introverted tends to reflect on what they want to say, so they take longer to talk cause when they speak, they want it to have meaning

when an extrovert person talks, they tend to think and talk at the same time, whatever comes to their mind, they just go ahead and say it

try writing down things you want to say, and if that doesnt work, then just find someone who appreciates you for you, you dont need to talk all the time if thats not you

Develop a genuine interest in the people you care about. Think about what they are feeling and doing and talking about and you will surely find a lot that you need to say to them.

Just chill out and talk about things you are interested in like a song that just came out or something that happened to you or someone you know at school/work.

Keep up on current events. Read books. Expand your mind. If you listen closely to your girlfriends, you should always have something to talk about.

You don't always have to do the talking. Become a very good listener and not just a hearer.
