my ex-boyfriend's not a bad guy.. he can be a complete idiot and perv but he's not all bad. he doesn't go to the same school that i do, but i see him fairly often at parties, and it's when i see him that i fall for him. i just saw him at a party yesterday.. i tried to avoid him and i didn't talk to him at all. my friends said he was staring at me the whole time.
i'm ok when i dont see him. i know i've got tons of other important things to focus on, and i feel so stupid for only thinking about my ex for the past few hours. i don't want to fall for him.. i don't mind remaining friends but i don't want to fall for him. help on getting over this?

he is an ex for some reason so stick with it!!! its normal to have funny feelings when you see him doesnt mean u are falling for him just means your human

STAY AWAY FROM HIM! Being around him is probably bringing back old feelings. Not good. Just don't hang out with him or anything for a while until you get a new boyfriend or find someone else to like.

In regards to the comment below from mysteryman. You sound like u have a life going to partys and stuff. Yeah we cant help who we are atracted dto u know what u mean u still have feelings for him but u want someone with more redeeming qualities dont settle. Keep away from him hes looking at you because hes a perv like u said dont make that ,make u fall for him.

there will always be men that we are attracted to. Its up to you to reconcile the relationship because the chemistry is there. or go on about your business and move out of town where you will never see him again.just kidding.just kidding if his behavior is that bad leave him alone. who cares how good someone looks if they drive you insane.jump in get your thing back or suck all the nostalgia up and find yourself an even sexier smarter man always up grade.

The familiar is comfortable. We are willing to withstand an unfair amount of misery before we change because we are comfortable.
You'll probably have to figure out why you left him.

if you think that you could love him again, then ask him out, there's no harm in asking if you think you guys could love each other again. if he was staring at you that could be a good sign.
but, if you don't, then let him go, find someone else so you can forget him and move on.

I would have some of your friends ask him if he likes you and if he says yes, than you should say that you like him too. Maybe you will get back together.
