As long as your calories out are more than your calories in, then you will lose weight. If you drink at the weekends, try reducing the quantities and using slimline mixers, its amazing how much you will notice the difference if you cut out drinking with your plan for a month.
I would imagine that your take-away isnt going to ruin everything so long as you stick to the healthy eating and exercise, everyone needs their treats.

Try not to do it every week but have fun enjoy your food and don't kick yourself about it. However you can make your own fantastic healthy takeaway equivalents Sexy pizza's with goats cheese rocket leaf with a spicy chicken breast cut up. Or howabout a fresh curry made with your own hands in the week and frozen for use at weekend. Checkout some of Nigel Slaters recipes on line and just replace any bad fats with good ones but low amounts.

My husband and I did a diet plan years ago together. I think it was the Setpoint Diet. Anyway, we love to eat foods that are bad for you, so we'd compromise and have a "cheat day" once a week. You get so used to eating healthy, that you don't really need to cheat much to still enjoy it. The worst it can do is slow down your weight loss a tiny. I say one day a week won't make much difference. It didn't for us! We lost weight anyway!

There is nothing wrong with treating yourself now and again. remember, everything in moderation! I would say you are burning enough calories during the week to earn yourself a measly takeaway!
Pizza is the worst one though, and try not to eat too late at night or wash it down with copious amounts of white wine like I do :)

no no no ,, you mustn't separate the work out like this they say you could desire to work out for @least 25 minutes so your physique start to burn quarter-hour 4x cases an afternoon , is merely no longer effictave like 60 minutes @ a million time and 3-4 hours a week no longer undesirable for a initiate , yet you will desire to boost it to @least 5-6 hours a week

you should be fine depending on what you have from the take away - i would say though don't have a late take away have it at least 4 hours before bed so you work off any extra calories you've eaten

a takeaway wont do any damage. a friend told me the best way to loose weight is to walk for half an hour each morning and each night. you could go for a walk after you finish with ya munch.

As long as the amount of calories you eat per week doesn't exceed the amount of cals burned by exercise, you should be ok.

i am currently doing living the GI diet and it has worked for me. i am on my ideal body weight and doing weight training to tone my body. being on a diet for atleast a year, i have once in a while treated myself to things i really like atleast once a week...if you totally deprive yourself, it will be difficult to resist those temptations when they come. but when you know that you can treat yourself atleast once in a while, then go for it my dear. absolutely no harm in once in a week treat. as long as you keep it like that. worked for me!
