If I got a Boob job it would be for perkiness, you know, lift appeal don't get me wrong I think they are pretty nice but oh to be perky again would be nice. I have never needed a boob job to get bigger, I have been a full c and d since my teens, but if that is what you want, by all means go for it. I look at those plastic surgery programs on TV and of course they only show the ones that turn out good, not the ones who have trouble. I say if you do it first check out the doctor real good. So to answer your question it is right when it turn out right but oh so wrong when it don't.

It's not a matter of right or wrong, but consider the possible outcomes. For health reasons, I think people should avoid general anesthesia if they can.
For financial reasons, you should consider what else you could do with the money. If you are 20 yrs old and you invest the money instead of having surgery, the money could grow significantly by the time you are 65.

Well, it depends on the motive. If its your boyfriend looking at your A cups and wistfully commenting that he loves the look of C's, you need a new boyfriend more than you need new boobs. If you have really misshapen breasts, or one is severely smaller or larger than the other, you might want them evened out a bit. But it depends on what you feel is comfortable for your body. No one should make this decision for you or influence you to do it. Youre the one who's attached to them.

My mum had breast Cancer 3 years ago, she had a double mastectomy (both her breasts removed completly) the doctors then did reconstructive surgery to aid the mental healing process...she opted for a larger size than she had and loves them...her confidence has grown immensley, so i say go for it if your thinking of having it done.

My daughter had ff's and reallly thought it through for years, until she went ahead with a reduction, and she looks great. It depends on the individual: an augmentation to something obscenety big is ridiculous, for instance,
