Depending on how badly they are stuck in his hair. If they are stuck pretty bad then cut them out.....I know I know but his hair will grow back. Its better his being comfy rather than annoyed with them. Or take him to the groomers and get him shaved that way he wont look too weird. If they are lightly in there then get a fine comb from a petstore and gently brush them out. God luck!

To get the mout mix some hair conditioner wiht water and work it into his coat and take a hard comb and start at the ends of his hair and work them out slowly.
When done wash out the condiioner.
You can also use a detangler spray if you have some of that.
I use a kids product on my horses when they get into burs. It smells like apples and we spray it on the tails and work out the burs. Since it is a leave in conditioner you do not even have to wash out.
Take you time and good luck.

I just pull them directly out while piercing the scalp so it's relatively painless. BUT- I am getting tired of them and the best thing, I believe is to annihilate the bush. For what it's worth. I will say I saw fire when the first two comments were from credit card companies that had nothing to offer us as pet owners. That's just sick and wrong.

Use a fine toothed comb to pull them out. Don't wet the fur before you get the stuff out of the hair or it will just get tangled.

Rub cooking oil in his hair and work the weeds out and then give him a bath.

I've seen this on Animal Planet they used twizzers to pull it out. But I should be very cautious and take him to the vet right away.
