Woman say no about a lot of things and then later change their minds about it. It depends on how they are feeling and what kind of mood they are in before they say yes about most things.

I was asked out for a drink once and said no, about 10 times , but I would still check him out when he was not looking, just got to look for the signs, if she is checking you out and flirting, then keep asking, just asking mind you..... I am now married to that man I said no too, 5yrs now and well I still say no all the time.
