I am assuming you mean you are having problems with your stances, kicks or standing leg. Not balance as in both feet are planted and you are dizzy.
Balance has many factors. Make sure your knees are always bent. Never rise up and lock your knees. This keeps your center of gravity low. In addition, the unlocked knee can make minor adjust to your shifts in weight as you move.
Always keep your shoulders centered above your hips. If they start lean over your center of gravity, you become unstable. Lead your kicks with the knee and hip instead of the foot. Knee speed is key.
Improve your leg strength by walking, jogging, bike riding, lifting weights or if you wish to remain pure to the art find out what exercises Tae Kwon Do offers for this issue.
Basics, form and bag work also help a great deal. Remember your form when you do these exercises. Focus on doing it right before you focus power or speed. Speed and power are nothing without control. You are training your muscles and creating memory in them.
Once you grasp your form, the rest will come easily.

as a fellow Korean Martial arts practitioner of Tang Soo Do, I've taken inspiration from how birds balance on one leg, and started by keeping the kicking leg close to my body, pivoting from my hip, and then slowly extending my leg out. or when stretching I try to push myself to the point where I might lose my balance even when I prop my leg up on a bar or rail.
but when you practice your kicking techniques, try holding your leg out at full extention for as long as possible and get the feel of how your body is when you do this and try to adjust accordingly
it's difficult to describe, and if you have someone to help hold your balance when you perform a kicking technique it helps you get the feel of how you'll want to be when you're at the point of finishing the technique.
I hope this helps out a little, I wish I could explain it better

One of the main components of balance is leg strength. You need to work on building up the strength in your legs, then learning to keep your weight centered whether on one leg or two, there is a small area, about the width of where your legs connect to your hips, and you have to keep your weight inside this area. Lots and lots of practice.

rythemic breathing with yoga will help center your mind and body making it easier for you to focus on balancing many other things in your life.
also actully sitting down and clearing your mind after a day without any music, tv, background nise etc. just deep rythmic breathing will help your body slow down at nite so you can wake up fresh in the morning, which actuly also helps with balance believe it or not.

So, barrel racing eh? it extremely is lots of exciting. happy you decide directly to take part. So right here is a few suggestion I even have found out via classes. Definitly initiate from walk to trot to canter. i'm going first of all trot. so which you would be doing the clover leaf development precise? we could say you pass to the left barrel first take the 1st area extensive and get extremely tight as you pass around. Then head to the right one and do the comparable. significant: shop YOUR EYES UP! look forward no longer on the barrel. i chanced in this stressful, yet once you do no longer look on the barrel you do much better. besides once you head to the right one take it extensive and then shrink in sharp. As you get better initiate loping the domicile streach. steadily whilst your horse is taking the barrel on the trot extremely properly, you could canter him. make constructive your horse is familiar with maximum appropriate ameliorations. it extremely is relatively the comparable as on the trot yet you will desire to get the lead substitute. i've got no longer completed barrel racing many cases on the canter so i won't have the ability to tell you many approximately it. besides it relatively is a few of my suggestion. sturdy success desire you have exciting. Oh ya I forgot to point once you canter and perhaps even trot you will desire to positioned some variety of boot risk-free practices on your horses legs. As those rapid barrels can positioned tension on them. i'd say seek for out a coach, whether it relatively is merely as quickly as a month. have exciting.
