I would tell him yes..but I wouldn't do it .Use your common sense,and your own mind to do what you want to do.

My husband's brothers are losers, so no, I wouldn't, and my hubby wouldn't ask me b/c he knows how I feel about his brothers (he feels the same way)...

This is actually common. Alot of widows do, they are someone they already know well, and the family. They have the connection of knowing your husband and understand. Its comforting.

nope hubbies brother is almost 15 years older than me and we don't get along. hubby wouldn't ask this of me.
