women are attracted to men for a number of different reasons. i think that most of all, we want the whole package.

Depends on the girl. In my experience, I've never been in a good relationship where I was attracted first sexually and then grew into their personality. I'm the type of person who doesn't notice you, no matter what you look like, unless you make me notice you. I don't go checking out guys. I find that if I like someone's personality first, and really feel comfortable with them and they treat me well, then I grow into their looks. Of course, there are some guys I'd never find attractive no matter what, but I do tend to fall in love with the person before the picture, if that makes sense.
Of course, that's just me. I know plenty of girls who have a picture in mind when they're looking for a man, and then just hope some sort of emotional connection and commonalities will follow. Sometimes you get lucky and both just fall into place. There's no one way.

Most women are attracted to men who are CHARISTMATIC: men who are confident and able to flirt up a storm.
Personally, I've found that I'm willing to overlook things that may be considered "flaws", physically, if a man is confident enough to smile and express genuine interest in me without appearing desperate. A guy can be picture-perfect, a GQ cover model... but if his personality isn't dynamic and compelling, he comes across like two-dimensional, cardboard cutout!

depends which gurl ur talking about right all chicks are different i personally go for the nice quiet guy who is a friend of mine. and of course naturally a woman should be attracted to a man sexually and personally and if they aren't you gotta wonder if they swing the other way...

Usually if girls are attracted to guys, it's sexually, if not, it is for the way they look, whether it's their face or, other things :)
