There is no way for us to know what jesus really looked like. The popular images are 15 and 16th century Renaissance painters' ideas -- of jesus being blond and blue eyes. But jesus was a jew, and as such he was likely very short --- (poor nutrition. most people until only a few centuries ago were rarely over 5'2. King Richard II of England was only 5'2, average for that time, and that was only ~800 years ago.), he was dark, swarthy, heavy beard, with a prominent nose. So the real image of jesus, isn't what we, as Americans or Europeans would like to think he looked like. You can put up a Renaissance image, but it wouldn't represent the real jesus.

Do you want a white Jesus, a Jewish Jesus, an Arab Jesus. Perhaps a black Jesus?
This link might help you find the right one.

Look in art history books at the library for ideas. Don't get a crucifix one, because that could be disturbing. The "Last Supper" is always nice.

You might as well draw one yourself. Oh, and make sure the skin is darker than Caucasian. After all, he was supposed to be born somewhere in the middle east.

My favourite is the famous 'Divine Mercy' image as revealed to St. Faustina in Poland. You can search for it on the internet.

Most are painted by homosexual artists...so if you don't mind I would suggest something by Carravagio or El Greco
