Any where from 4 moths to 18 months. Toy breeds tend to come in earlier then bigger breeds. The average is 6 months.
Get her spayed before her first heat. It will be better for her.

Dogs usually go into heat around 6 months of age. She should be spayed before that.

6 to 8 is the norm, unless you find your man riding her then you can bet she is in heat.
