Using a treadmill doesn't just mean you will lose weight. You can burn calories and lose inches, but that isn't all. You will feel better about yourself, and you will most likely sleep better.

When you work out on a treadmill, your body will thank you. Having more energy is always a good thing, and when you walk on a treadmill you are building up your energy. Sleeping better is another way to feel great and when you work out, you get those peaceful nights of sleep.

The treadmill, but do it on an incline.

What's wrong with running in the rain? I put on my snowboard jacket, put my hood up and go. The rain is very refreshing.
