II have always had issues with my weight, but I have never consciously starved myself or threw up to loose weight. I have a very small appetite and it doesn't take much to fill me up. I have lossed about 15 pounds in a year. I am 5'5'' and weigh 99 pounds. People think I’m trying to loose weight on purpose, but I’m not. What can I do to gain weight if I feel sick when I eat what most people would call a 'normal meal'(Again, it takes little for me to be full)? And could a small appetite be caused by thing's such as deppression?

Yes, your weight could be caused by a depression factor. You are much too thin for your height. If you like milkshakes, try drinking two or three a day. Your metabolism is probably very active. When I was young, I was about your size, but now keep my weight about 118-120, simply by eating food high in calories several times a day. It's so much fun to be able to eat all we want and still be thin.

You seem healthy. You may also have a high metabolism and that's causing you to lose weight, but overeating can be just as dangerous as not eating enough. Just try to pick a diet right for you.

Don't let people push you around. Tell them that your eating habits are none of their business. If you get full fast then thats great, don't gain weight just to please people. You will never win that battle. Once you gain ten pounds they will find something else wrong with you.

Yes, it could also be a sort of obsessive compulsive disorder, i would suggest that you talk to your doctor and maybe a therapist.
