Jesus claimed to be in the Trinity: the Father, Son, Holy Spirit
"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." Matthew 28:19-20
Christians worship God as a whole, including the Father and the Son, and the Holy Spirit. The reason why Jesus prayed to the Father was because while he was on earth he was man and God. As a man and a Jew he prayed to the Father like all other Jews.

Read Revelation 22:12 - 16 in that passage it specifically states that Jesus IS GOD and nobody else.
Look up the varied names of God and you will find that Emmanuel means God WITH US. There are hundreds of names for God and they all mean different things.
SO to answer your question. I worship God the Alpha and the Omega - the Beginning and the End. The creator of all.

Good question. Jesus was a man. He was what we should all aspire to be. Honest, and loving without judgment. Love both, but realize Jesus was a man. An exceptional man. Always remember the bible was written by many different "MEN" and the book was put together by a different man centuries after it was written.
People! There are other gospels around other than the bible. Read them and receive knowledge...why do so many people have tunnel vision in regards to God.

The Apostle Paul speaks of God, Jesus and The Holy Spirit as being one in the same. That is a fundamental doctrine of Christianity.

Jesus Himself stated that He and the Father are one. Throughout the Bible there are abundant examples of Jesus expressing His equality with God. He Himself said that no man comes to the Father except through the Son.

Good question. I believe we worship all 3- father , son and holy spirit as in the Trinity. Because if you do some research, the Trinity is 3 entities , but all are one. I know, its confusing. =D
In church we sing songs that are directed both to Jesus and God.

Jesus is the way to God.
Jesus, God the Holy Spirit, how can they be one and also be three?
It is a lot like water, steam and ice - Three forms of the same thing.
