I was misdiagnosed with fractuered Sternum at 1st ER. Also was not placed on crutches and should have been?

I now still have swollen knee area due to not staying off my leg. What are my legal rights? Accident occurred 3/30/06

Forget it. Suing a dr only makes your life more complicated, and the lawyers more wealthy. People doing this stuff is what makes healthcare so expensive... If you sue, the dr's insurance goes up, and the hospital charges ME for it.

I have seen chest men and radiologists disagree on sternal fractures. I doubt your not being placed on crutches is still bothering you, or you would not have walked from ER. Get the greedy gleam out of your eyes. The lawyer gets it all anyway.
