How do you layer short hair?

Hair is shoulder length, how do you layer it???

well depends on how short it is, if you want it to look fuller, short layers, if not, go with long and only like 2 of them!!

tell you stylist you want long layers.....and only a few.....and get bangs (not short ones) and it should be okay.....just make sure u don't get a lot of layers.....
