From King Charles Sttreet, turn right and proceed down Whitehall. There is no way to miss it. Also, there will be a bobby on duty at the corner of the Whitehall turn, just ask his and he will give you the same information I have given you.

It is between St James's Park and Whitehall, but the street address is King Charles St, which runs off of Whitehall. The entrance on Whitehall is no longer used.
