Get a box of those frilly toothpics from a party store. To dress them up, put an olive or other food-type garnish on them before sticking it in the appetizers or sandwiches. Also, those little cocktail umbrellas could be festive!

try those cute little swords that bartenders put cheeries and orange wedges on!! or maybe they'll have some fun ideas at the party store.
