I have a friend that is going to Iraq. When he's over there I want to send him some home cooked food. I know many people do this, but how do I do it without the food spoiling. I've even heard of people sending things like macaroni and cheese, how is this possible?

Send premade foods or snack foods. Beef jerky, chips, candy, cookies and such.
