I am looking for a non traditional place. If you could go anywhere and money was no object where would the best place to get married be.

non traditional, yet the best...good luck. I was married in Hawaii during a beautiful sunset and I wouldnt trade that experience for anything in the world.

Charleston SC, They have a place for everyone. The beach, the battery, very beautiful old churches. I am doing a private tour of the bay and the boat is going to take us to a private island where we will be getting married on the beach at sunset followed by a reception there.

Somewhere that represents you.
If you're outdoorsy... get married in a park or in the mountains. or at a ski lodge.
If you're sporty... see if you could get married during half time at a game.
If you're adventurous.... go somewhere exciting... or do it bungy jumping something crazy.
If your artistic... find an art gallery or a museum.
These are just ideas... go along these lines. Find somewhere like I said that represents you and your relationship.

I would get married someplace that means something to you. Maybe the place that you got engaged or first met. I, myself am getting married in my parents yard because their house has been in the family for many many years and it means alot to my parents, myself and my family.

Be different, check out aquariums, museams, old mansions/mills, outside gardens, or rent out a smaller ship. There are lots of unconventional places in your area that make the perfect backdrop to your wedding.

Eureka Springs Arkansas--it is so beautiful and romantic, they have cabins and nice hotels and a downtown to die for!
