i need a 400- 600 calorie recipe for lunch!!
im tryin to seperate my calorie intake breakfast lunch and dinner(at 6pm) 250cal breakfast, 250 dinner.. but i need between 400-600cal lunch and i have no idea what recipies to do!! im startin a diet!! thanks guys

try 4egg whites and veggies

This is an awesome wrap--don't knock it til you try it:

Thai One On
1 1/2 T peanut butter
1 whole wheat tortilla
2/3 c chopped precooked chicken
3/4 c mixed greens
1/4 c matchstick carrots

Spread peanut butter down center of torilla. Add chicken and remaining ingredients. Fold outside edges in, then roll.

311 calories, so add some fruit or something or do 2 for just over your 600 goal.

Try this free website where you can track your calories eaten and burned through exercise and also get support from chat boards with other members called http://www.sparkpeople.com

It's an excellent resource, full of good tips, tools and advice and even shows demonstrations of proper exercise and strength training techniques and it really got me motivated after years of demotivation. I don't what it was about this site, but I've been exercising nearly everyday since I started it.

I've lost 10 lbs so far, been on it for 2.5 weeks!
